The Allegro Turns Pink

The Allegro at Helmwood

October 16, 2009 — Elizabethtown, KY — The Allegro at Helmwood will be hosting its annual Pink Day on October 16 in honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month. To celebrate Pink Day, the Allegro staff and residents will be dressed in pink. The entire community will be decorated with pink menus, pink desserts and a fountain containing pink punch.

The Allegro will also host two seminars on Pink Day for breast cancer awareness. Speakers will include a medical professional from Home Health Care and local physician. Prizes will be given out throughout the day for visitors, staff, and residents. Pink Day will be free and open to the public. To RSVP, contact Tonya Bird at 270-765-4414.
